Context

An electric mobility operator company aimed to fully productize its condominium charging solution.

The objective was to consolidate the existing product, by:

Optimizing the installation process
Expanding the number of external providers that can install the solution
Ensuring the quality of the offer for condominium EV charging adaptation

Challenge

SEL was commissioned to develop installer manuals aimed at standardizing and simplifying the installation process of EV charging solutions in condominiums:

Installer manual for the electrical charging infrastructure
Installer manual for the telecommunications infrastructure

The technical manuals were designed for use by our client's installers, providing systematic and standardized procedures to ensure quality and consistency throughout the installation process.
